I had a mixed experience with Masa healthcare. While the staff was friendly and attentive, the waiting time was quite long, which was a bit frustrating. However, once I was seen by the healthcare provider, they were thorough and took the time to address all my concerns. Overall, I would say my experience was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement in terms of reducing wait times.
