As a customer of The Redwoods, I must say that the service they provide is average. The staff is friendly and helpful, but there is nothing exceptional about the company. They have a good website at theredwoods.org, which is easy to navigate. However, I expected more from a company with such a reputation. The overall experience was not bad, but it was not great either. I would recommend The Redwoods if you are looking for a basic service.
