I recently rented a car from Hertz Paraguay and was overall satisfied with the service. The vehicle provided was in good condition and the rental process was fairly straightforward. However, the customer service could use some improvement as the staff seemed disinterested and did not provide much assistance. I would recommend Hertz Paraguay for their competitive pricing and decent selection of vehicles, but don't expect exceptional service.
