I recently started attending the YMCA in Santa Clara County and I'm very impressed. The staff is friendly, the facilities are clean, and there's a wide variety of equipment and classes available. I especially enjoy the group classes, as they provide a fun and motivating environment to work out in. The instructors are knowledgeable and helpful, making sure everyone is doing exercises correctly and safely. I highly recommend the YMCA to anyone looking for a convenient and inclusive place to exercise.
