I am a CUSTOMER of La Crosse County and I must say the experience has been average. The services provided by the county are decent but nothing exceptional. I expected a bit more efficiency and professionalism. However, the staff was friendly and helpful, which was a plus. Overall, my experience with La Crosse County was satisfactory.
