I have been using Fx Concepts for a few months now...

I have been using Fx Concepts for a few months now, and I must say that their services are not up to par. The platform is a bit complicated to navigate, and there have been some instances of delays in executing trades. While the customer support is helpful, I expected better overall. They definitely need to improve.
