I had a bad experience with Kala Genset Pvt. Ltd. The generator I purchased from them stopped working after just a few months. It was very frustrating, especially considering the amount of money I spent on it. The customer service was not helpful either. I had to go through a long and complicated process to get it repaired. I would not recommend this company.
