I have been a customer of Esp electricity limited for a few years now and I have to say that their service is average. While they offer competitive rates, their customer service leaves much to be desired. It often takes them a long time to respond to queries and their representatives are not always very helpful. However, I have not experienced any major issues with their electricity supply, so I continue to stick with them for now.
