I recently went on a trip organized by a travel agency and had a great experience. The itinerary was well-planned, and the tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly. The accommodations were comfortable and conveniently located. I particularly enjoyed the local experiences and cultural activities included in the itinerary. The only downside was the lack of communication before the trip. Overall, I had a fantastic time and would definitely consider using Vilturas travel agency again for my future travels.
