I have been a customer of Axiom publishing, inc. for several years now and I must say, their service is average at best. While their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, their customer support leaves much to be desired. It often takes them a long time to respond to my inquiries and they are not always able to resolve my issues in a timely manner. Overall, I would say that Axiom publishing, inc. is just an average company.
