I recently booked an outdoor activity through outdooraccess.com and I have mixed feelings about the experience. On one hand, the activity itself was enjoyable and well-organized. On the other hand, the communication with the company could have been better. The website was user-friendly, but I had some difficulties contacting their support team. Overall, it was a good experience, but there is room for improvement.
