I recently hired a law firm 🏢 for some legal assistance and decided to go with Kluttz, Reamer, Hayes, Adkins & Carter, L.L.P. ✅ The company website was user-friendly and provided me with all the information I needed. The initial consultation was quite informative and the attorney I spoke to was knowledgeable and professional 👩‍⚖️. However, throughout the process, I found it a bit challenging to get timely updates on my case. The communication could have been more frequent and responsive. 📞💬 Additionally, I felt that the fees charged were slightly higher compared to other law firms I've dealt with in the past. Overall, my experience was average. 🤷‍♀️ I appreciated the expertise of the attorneys at Kluttz, Reamer, Hayes, Adkins & Carter, L.L.P., but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of communication and pricing.
