The service provided by M.u.a travel was average. I booked a trip to Vietnam through their website and overall, it was a satisfactory experience. The booking process was smooth and the staff was helpful in answering my queries. However, I did face some issues during the trip, such as delays in transportation and a couple of miscommunications. The tour guide was knowledgeable, but the group size was quite large, which made it difficult to have personalized attention. In terms of accommodation, it was decent, but nothing exceptional. Overall, I would say M.u.a travel provided an average experience.
