While their website, oilpoll.com, was easy to navigate and provided a lot of useful information, I found their customer service to be lacking. The representative I spoke with was not very knowledgeable and seemed uninterested in helping me. However, their response time to my inquiry was fairly quick. Overall, I would rate them as average.
