I have been a loyal customer of I b industries for over five years and I must say that their service is average. Although they deliver on time and their prices are competitive, I can't help but feel that their customer support could be improved. Sometimes it takes them a while to respond to my queries and I have had a few instances where they were not able to solve my problem. Overall, I would still recommend them as an average company to do business with.
