I recently had a dental visit at Hibiscus Dental and overall, it was an average experience. The staff was friendly and greeted me with a warm welcome. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. However, the waiting time was a bit longer than expected, which was slightly frustrating. The dental hygienist was knowledgeable and performed a thorough cleaning. However, I felt rushed during my dentist consultation. The dentist seemed competent but didn't take the time to fully explain the treatment plan and answer my questions. The billing process was smooth, and the receptionist was helpful in explaining the fees. In terms of the website, it was easy to navigate, but I would have liked to see more detailed information on the services provided. Overall, my experience at Hibiscus Dental was average.
