I had a somewhat mixed experience with a company I recently discovered called Multi-touchy-feely. Their website is easy to use and their products are of good quality, but their customer service could use some improvement. I had an issue with an order and it took quite a bit of effort to get it resolved. Once it was resolved, though, I was satisfied with the outcome.
