I had an okay experience at Sassafras salon. The staff was friendly enough, but I didn't feel like they truly understood what I wanted for my hair. The salon ambiance was nice, but the overall experience fell a bit short. I left feeling somewhat disappointed. I may give them another try in the future, but for now, I'm not overly impressed.
