I recently hired the services of this consulting company for my business needs. 🕵️‍♂️ While their website is user-friendly and clearly explains their services, I found my overall experience to be just average. 😐 The consultants were knowledgeable and professional, but I felt that they lacked personalization in their approach. 🤷‍♂️ The advice provided was helpful, but not outstanding.

What disappointed me the most was the lack of timely communication and follow-up. 📞📧 It often took longer than expected to receive responses, which affected my project timeline. ⏳💼 Additionally, the pricing was reasonable, but not competitive compared to other consulting firms in the market. 💰🔍

While Gazda & Bitner Consulting provided satisfactory assistance, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and pricing. 😊👍👎
