I recently used this company to manage my rental property. Overall, I found the experience to be satisfactory. The website was easy to navigate and provided helpful information about their services. The agents I interacted with were professional and courteous. They promptly addressed any concerns I had and provided timely updates. However, I did find the communication to be lacking at times. There were instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. Additionally, I expected a more proactive approach in finding suitable tenants for my property. It felt like they were just relying on the usual channels without exploring other avenues. Overall, I would rate the company as average in terms of their service. They did an adequate job but could certainly improve on communication and tenant sourcing strategies. 👍
