The West Cook YMCA is an excellent organization. I've been a member for over five years and every experience I've had has been top-notch. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and there are a wide variety of programs and classes to choose from. I especially love the group fitness classes - they're challenging but fun, and the instructors are fantastic. I highly recommend the West Cook YMCA to anyone looking to get fit and have a great time doing it.
