I have been using Easybank ag for a few months now and I must say their services are average. The website is easy to navigate and the mobile app is also user-friendly. However, I have noticed that their customer support could be improved. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response and the representatives are not always knowledgeable. Overall, Easybank ag is a decent bank to work with.
