I have been a customer of Route1 for the past year...

I have been a customer of Route1 for the past year and I must say their service is average. They have some good features, but also some areas that need improvement. The website navigation can be a bit confusing at times, and the customer support could be more responsive. However, I have had some positive experiences with their product offerings. Overall, I would rate Route1 as average.
