The credit union at aosmithefcu is an alright option for banking. I've been a customer since last year, and overall, I've had a decent experience. While their rates are competitive and their customer service is satisfactory, there are a few areas where they could improve. The online banking platform could use some updates to make it more user-friendly. Additionally, the branch hours are not very convenient for those with busy schedules. Overall, I would rate them 3.5 stars.
