My overall experience with Planet Escape was below average. The website was easy to navigate, but the booking process was slightly confusing. The customer service team was not very responsive or friendly. The vacation package I booked was disappointing, with below-par accommodations and limited activities. I would not recommend Planet Escape for a memorable vacation.
