I had a mixed experience with Ideal Plan Management. While their customer service was excellent and they were very responsive to my inquiries, I found their website to be a bit confusing to navigate. The information I needed was there, but it took a bit of searching to find it. Overall, though, I would still recommend Ideal Plan Management for their great customer service and willingness to help.
