I recently stayed at Manali Resorts - India and I must say I had an average experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, but the service was lacking. The staff seemed indifferent and unresponsive to our requests. The food at the restaurant was mediocre at best. Overall, I expected more from a reputed resort like Manali. I hope they improve their service and attention to detail.
