I had an overall average experience with Tile guys. Their website, tileguysinc.com, was informative and easy to navigate. However, the installation process of the tiles was not as smooth as I expected. The workers were professional, but there were some minor issues that needed to be fixed after the installation. The tiles themselves were of good quality and have held up well so far. In conclusion, I would say that Tile guys provide an average service, but there is room for improvement.
