As a customer, I recently used this moving company and overall, my experience was average. 😐 The website was user-friendly with all the necessary information and contact details provided. However, there were a few hiccups along the way. The communication between the company and myself could have been better. 🤔 I had to follow up a couple of times to get updates and confirmations. Moving day was also a bit chaotic, as the movers seemed rushed and not as careful with my belongings as I had hoped. 😕 Additionally, I noticed some minor damages to a few items. On the positive side, the movers were friendly and efficient in getting the job done. 💪 Price-wise, they were reasonable, but I expected a bit more attention to detail considering the reputation of the company. Overall, an average experience that could have been improved.
