I recently visited Council Optometric Center/St. Paul RC, and I must say it was an amazing experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the optometrist provided excellent care. They have a wide selection of frames, and the optician helped me find the perfect pair. I highly recommend this optometric center for all your eye care needs.
