I recently used the services of a construction company (mcmservices.com.au) for a home renovation project. Overall, my experience with the company was average. However, communication throughout the process could have been better. There were some delays in the project timeline that could have been avoided with better coordination. The quality of the work was satisfactory, but there were a few minor issues that needed fixing. The customer service was okay, but I felt that my concerns were not always addressed promptly. In terms of pricing, I found the cost to be reasonable for the services provided.
