I have been a customer of the Mental Health Association of Greater Lowell, Inc. for several years now and I must say that their services are average. While they do provide some helpful resources, I feel that there is still room for improvement. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, but there have been times when I've had to wait longer than expected for appointments. Overall, it's an okay experience.
