I had a CUSTOMER experience with Haven banks outdoor education trust ltd, and I must say it was a mixed bag. On one hand, the activities were exciting and challenging, and the instructors were friendly and supportive. But on the other hand, the facilities were not well-maintained, and some of the equipment was outdated. Overall, I had a good time, but there is room for improvement.
