I had an overall positive experience with Astronics aerosat corporation. Their website, aerosat.com, is informative and easy to navigate. However, I did face some challenges with their customer support team's response time. Once I did receive a response, they were helpful in addressing my concerns. I believe they can improve their customer service further.
