My experience at Advocate Illinois Masonic Behavioral Health Services was average. The staff was friendly and the facility was clean, but I felt that the level of care could have been better. The therapy sessions were helpful to some extent, but I was expecting more personalized attention. Overall, it was a decent experience, but not exceptional.
