I had a session with a mindfulness-based therapist...

I had a session with a mindfulness-based therapist and it was a great experience. The therapist was very helpful and provided me with useful techniques to incorporate mindfulness into my routine. I found the session to be calming and it has helped me manage stress better. I would definitely recommend this therapy to others.
