I had the opportunity to attend a retreat at meditateinedinburgh.org organized by the Mahabodhi buddhist centre. It was an incredible experience! The retreat was well-structured, the teachings were enlightening, and the environment was serene. The instructors were knowledgeable and supportive. I left feeling rejuvenated, inspired, and with a deeper understanding of meditation. I highly recommend their retreats!
