I had an average experience with Capital Automotive Ford. The staff was helpful, but the overall process took longer than expected. The car I purchased had a few minor issues, but nothing too serious. It would have been nicer if they had resolved those issues before handing over the car. However, I appreciate their assistance and would consider buying from them again in the future.
