I had a mixed experience with Intra-lock system international. The customer service was great, and they were always prompt in responding to my inquiries. However, I was disappointed with the quality of their products. The locks I purchased were not as sturdy as I expected, and I had to replace them sooner than I had anticipated. Overall, my experience was average.
