I recently rented a car from Europcar and I must say, it was an average experience. The customer service was good overall, but there were a few issues. The car I rented was not properly cleaned and the interior had a weird smell. The rental process was smooth, but I had to wait for quite some time to pick up the car. The rates were competitive, though. Overall, it was an average experience.
