I have been using Brilliant Assessments for a while now and I have to say, the services they provide are average. The website is easy to navigate and their assessments are pretty accurate. However, there are a few areas where they can improve. The customer support is not very responsive and sometimes it takes a while to get a response. Overall, I would say they are okay, but there is room for improvement.
