I've been a customer of FMFCU for many years now, and I must say their service has been consistently average. The rates are fair, but not exceptional. The customer service representatives are friendly, but sometimes it takes a bit too long to get a response. Overall, FMFCU is a reliable option for banking, but there are certainly other credit unions that offer better deals.
