I've been a customer of East coast communications ...

I've been a customer of East coast communications for over a year now and I must say their service is average. The internet speed is decent and the customer support is helpful. However, there have been a few instances of connection drops which can be quite frustrating. Overall, I would rate them 3 out of 5 stars.
