I attended a cooking class at Spaic and it was fantastic. The instructor was knowledgeable and patient, and the class had a great balance of instruction and hands-on practice. The recipes were easy to follow and the food we cooked turned out delicious. I would highly recommend Spaic to anyone who wants to improve their cooking skills.
