I have been a customer of W.a. George Insurance Agency for several years now and I have to say that their service has been average at best. The website is decent and easy to navigate, but I have had some issues with their customer support. There have been a few times where I had to wait on hold for a long time before someone could help me, which can be frustrating. Overall, I would say that my experience with W.a. George Insurance Agency has been okay, but there is definitely room for improvement.
