As a long-time customer, I have always enjoyed banking with Northpointe. Their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. I especially appreciate their competitive interest rates on savings accounts. The only downside I find is the lack of mobile app availability, which would make banking on the go more convenient. Nevertheless, I would still rate Northpointe Bank as great.
