I have had mixed experiences with Soneva s.a. The company website is easy to use, but the overall service can be improved. The customer service team is sometimes slow in responding to inquiries, which can be frustrating. However, they do try to address issues and provide solutions. There is room for improvement, but overall it's a decent company.
