The service provided by Vita saúde was average. Although the staff was friendly and professional, I found the overall experience to be lacking. The website was somewhat difficult to navigate and find the information I needed. The appointment scheduling process was also a bit confusing. However, once I was able to see the doctor, the care I received was satisfactory. I would recommend Vita saúde for basic healthcare needs, but if you require more specialized care, you may want to look elsewhere.
