I recently used Fortis Travel Limited for a trip to New Zealand and I must say, it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to find all the information I needed. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff was not very helpful and didn't seem interested in assisting me. Overall, I would rate my experience with Fortis Travel Limited as average.
