My stay at the Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa Edinburgh was a mixed experience. The location of the hotel was good, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, the service was average, and some of the staff were not very friendly. The breakfast buffet was disappointing with limited options. Overall, it was an okay stay.
